Who we are
itseasytobe.com is operated by Creative Beach Studio SL, a company registered in Spain (“we”, “us”). “It’s Easy To Be” is our trading name. Contact: the contact form or privacy@itseasytobe.com.
The free site
The guides, the path planner, the API and the MCP server are provided free, for personal and internal use, “as is”. We work hard on accuracy — every figure cites a primary source, shows when it was last verified, and is cryptographically signed — but career, licensing and salary information changes, and we are not your careers adviser, lawyer or regulator. Verify anything load-bearing against the cited primary source before acting on it. Commercial reuse of the dataset requires a licence — talk to us.
Paid services
We sell digital business services to organisations, currently the AI-Visibility Audit (£495, delivered as a PDF within 72 hours of payment) and, by agreement, ongoing measurement retainers and data licences. Prices include no VAT unless stated at checkout; where VAT applies it is shown before you pay. These services are sold to businesses, not consumers.
Refunds and cancellation
Audit: if we do not deliver your report within 72 hours of payment, you get a full refund — automatically, no questions. Before delivery you may cancel for a full refund at any time. After delivery, the audit is a completed digital service and is non-refundable — but if you believe any verified figure in it is wrong, tell us and we will correct and re-issue it at no cost. Retainers: monthly, cancellable any time, effective at the end of the paid month. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
What paid services never include
No payment to us buys placement, ranking, or any change to the facts we publish. Sponsored links are always labelled, never affect what our guides say is required, and audits are measurement only. This separation is stated in our privacy notice and it is not negotiable at any price.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the site or the API: no attempts to breach security, no scraping at volumes that degrade the service for others, no misrepresenting our content as your own. Attribution is required for API and MCP reuse.
Liability
To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of free content; for paid services our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date below is the version. Material changes to paid services take effect for future purchases only. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes belong to the courts of Spain — without limiting any mandatory protections you have where you are established.
